Artemisa Eggplant
Eggplant slices stuffed with manchego cheese, baked au gratin with homemade tomato sauce, parmesan and oregano.
Artemisa lasagna
Baked au gratin with seasonal vegetables, texturized soy, bechamel sauce, tomato sauce, parmesan and oregano (vegan option).
Pumpkin and coconut milk cream with curry
With coconut milk and a light touch of curry with pumpkin seeds. You can order it cold Vichyssoise style (vegan).
Poke Lanai
Quinoa Real, avocado, black beans, cucumber, marinated tofu, red onion, curry sauce and mango (vegan).
Poke Maui
Basmati rice, edamame, pineapple, avocado, red onion and green cashew pesto (vegan).
Desserts:
Tasting of assorted desserts from our menu.
Drinks included:
Water, beer, soft drinks (maximum two per person).
Wine (1 bottle for every two guests).
Coffees and infusions are not included.

(Minimum for 6 persons)
From Sunday evening to Friday noon: 28,00 €
Friday night, full Saturday and Sunday noon: 30,00 €
Conditions:
Our Artemisa classic group menu is applicable for groups of 6 or more guests.
If any diner is vegan or has any intolerance, we will make a specific menu for that person without any problem, as well as we can change any dish if you wish.
