Starters:
Vegan croquettes
Mix of boletus croquettes and Artemisa croquettes (pumpkin, mushrooms and onion) in chickpea tempura.
Assorted salads.
Nachos with guacamole
Our homemade guacamole with corn tortilla chips (vegan).
Main courses (choice per person):
Persian Pie
Eggplant slices stuffed with zucchini, cheese and vegetable pâté, au gratin with creamy pistachio sauce.
Zucchini Queen of Africa
Roasted and stuffed with pumpkin, spring onion, mushrooms and fresh tomatoes with basil. Gratin with pistachios and cashew nuts (vegan).
Pad Thai
Wok stir-fry with vegetables, tofu, rice noodles, bean sprouts, shiitake, peanuts, lime and coriander (vegan).
Wok “Phuket”
Sautéed vegetables (pepper, carrot and white cabbage) with red tofu, soy and Sriracha sauce, basmati rice, ginger and cashews. Slightly spicy (vegan).
Meatballs in marinara sauce
Onion and almond meatballs with a touch of agave syrup in pomodoro and basil sauce, served with basmati rice.
Desserts:
Tasting of assorted desserts from our menu.
Drinks included:
Water, beer or craft beer, soft drinks (maximum two per person).
Wine (1 bottle for every two guests).
Organic wine (1 bottle for every three guests).

Conditions:
Our PREMIUM Artemisa group menu is applicable for groups of 6 or more guests.
If any diner is vegan or has any intolerance, we will make a specific menu for that person without any problem, as well as change any dish if you wish.
