Our usual classic croquettes, with pumpkin, mushrooms, soy vegetable sausage and onion (vegan option).

Nachos with guacamole
Our homemade guacamole with corn tortilla chips (vegan).
Main courses (choice per person):
Moussaka
Greek pie with slices of aubergine stuffed with ratatouille, small pieces of feta cheese and aubergine on a shiitake mushroom cream.
Jungle Wok
Stir-fried vegetables with black rice, smoked vegetable sausage, peanut crunch and soy sauce (vegan).
Zucchini Queen of Africa
Roasted and stuffed with pumpkin, spring onion, mushrooms and fresh tomatoes with basil. Gratin with pistachios and cashew nuts (vegan).
Poke bowl “Lanai”
Black rice, edamame, pineapple, avocado, red onion, sesame and cashew pesto (vegan).
Persian Pie
Eggplant slices stuffed with zucchini, cheese and vegetable pâté, au gratin with creamy pistachio sauce.

Conditions:
Our PREMIUM Artemisa group menu is applicable for groups of 6 or more guests.
If any diner is vegan or has any intolerance, we will make a specific menu for that person without any problem, as well as change any dish if you wish.
